IT Audit Managers/Senior Managers - up to £95k London/Norwich/Bristol
My client, a Global FS Institution, is going through a major recruitment drive to hire a number of IT Audit Managers/Senior Managers around their UK operations in London , Bristol and Norwich. They are going through an exciting periods in their history with CIO led objectives to have cutting edge Digital/Cyber Security and Data Analytics platforms for the benefits of their customer base and being at the forefront of meeting regulatory demand from UK and global regulators.
I am working closely with a Senior Director of IT Audit who is overseeing the hiring of Managers/Senior Managers to grow Internal IT Audit teams around the UK (currently around 20) to double in size this year.
They are looking for IT Auditors who have evidence of leading ideally Application and Infrastructure IT Audits from "cradle to grave" as well as creating effective relationships at C level stakeholder and CIO/CTO level. You can come from any sector as NO PRIOR FS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and candidates from NFP or Top 20 Practice/Management Consulting backgrounds will also be strongly considered. Depending on the level there will be the opportunity to manage people and the opportunity to progress to leadership roles in both IT Audit as well as into the Business in a variety of First Line/Digital Transformation and Cyber Security teams if you excel. Unlike many organisations the team is in a position to have paths to the top because of the size and growth of the team so there are not low ceilings o progression as is commonplace in more flat structures in other FS Institutions.
