Senior SOC Analyst Required 24/7 Remote Newcastle

I am partnering with my Global Financial Services client who requires a Senior SOC Analyst for a growing 24/7 SOC team currently based in Newcastle. Remote (1 day per week onsite)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior SOC Analyst, who is looking to step into a Global Security Operations environment

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

The client is looking for someone with exceptional experience working within a 24/7 SOC environment.

Senior SOC Analyst will have the following:

• Strong technical SOC (security, cyber, threat defence, experience gained with a global organisation
• Incident reporting
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Liaise with various departments within IT
• Liaise with suppliers and senior stack holders
• Strong, SIEM, Cybersecurity incident discovery and event management, network forensics, IPS/IDS, firewalls, content filtering technology, DLP, configuration management, and monitoring, endpoint protection, database security, and log collection
• Exposure to cloud either AWS, Azure preferred
• 24/7 shifts/rotas
