IT Audit Manager

IAC is recruiting exclusively with our partner, an international airline company, for an IT Audit Manger. This is an opportunity for you to join a FTSE 100 company during an exciting period of transformation and expansion.

If successful, you'd manage a portfolio of technology audits, from general controls and business process audits to more cutting-edge cybersecurity audits. You would oversee audits conducted for the first time as this business undertakes a rapid, ambitious transformation of its technology infrastructure. Helping to asses and analyze the company's risk posture from a cyber and information security perspective, you'd engage with stakeholders at all levels to protect the business and its customers.

Peerless communication skills are critical to success in this role. Acting as a bridge between the technical and commercial sides of the business, you will need the ability to translate and relay the needs of each. You will develop and execute IT audits, providing input into the annual planning process, ensuring they are conducted in a timely manner with all required documentation completed and relevant stakeholders briefed.

You will also:

• Supervise ITGC audits, identifying and reporting on any shortcomings uncovered
• Share knowledge with your peers and colleagues, helping auditors from others parts of the business understand how to support and cooperate with the technology audit and assurance function
• Deliver assurance of controls monitoring the delivery of critical business projects and initiatives
• Coach, upskill, and inspire your team of IT auditors
