IT Controls Manager

This IT Controls Manager role is with a large well-known global bank who are creating a Controls Office for COO to ensure a strong level of rigour around internal controls.

Reporting into the Senior IT Controls Manager, you will be conducting a programme of testing of key controls within COO looking at their operating effectiveness and the adequacy of their design. You will identify design or operational weaknesses, then work with senior management to agree remediation actions then ensure they are implemented. You will also play a key role in embedding a rigorous controls culture across COO.

You must have strong IT General Controls testing experience to be considered from this role. Experience from Big 4 practice or Financial Services is highly advantageous, as is a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CISA). Candidates with an IT SOx background will also be considered. Full eligibility to work in the UK is essential; candidates who require visa sponsorship will not be considered.

The salary package on offer is £60,000-£75,000 + £6,000 car allowance + bonus.
