A role you will love
As our Securities Admin Services Analyst III, on the Asset Analytics team in the Asset Backed Products group, you will analyze collateral data and perform calculations to confirm the accuracy of information reported by loan servicers. You will also review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing analysis of customer data files and completing verifications of collateral and payment values reported by various deal parties
- Verification of collateral balances and monitoring of performance ratios of the collateral
- Calculating and verifying cash flow waterfalls and payment amounts
- Researching and resolving discrepancies uncovered during our verification
- Review controlling legal documents related to contractual duties
- Support clients by maintaining and providing prompt and accurate servicer to external clients and internal departments

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting or analysis or a Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to analyse information and make independent decisions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience utilizing CTS processing applications is preferable (Laser, Phoenix, TranStar)
- Corporate Trust experience is preferred
