A market leading company from the financial sector is looking for a Vice President IT Auditor. In this role, infrastructure IT audits are in focus. The company is looking for someone with a deep understanding of end user computing and different infrastructures. They offer a great base salary and compensation package.
Your responsibilities as a Vice President, IT Auditor:
- Design, organize, manage, and carry out audits in accordance with Group Audit's Methodology to assess the adequacy and efficiency of IT infrastructure technology controls.
- Participate in the Group Audit Methodology's overall implementation and Continuous Monitoring
- Execute audit assignments, write and consolidate audit reports for approval by audit management, enable it to trace findings, and ensure that findings are closed
- Engage in occasional initiatives and special investigations
- Continuously cultivate and keep professional working relationships with important stakeholders inside and outside the bank
What they're ideally looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education, along with relevant job experience, relevant certifications are advantageous
- Knowledge and expertise in information security, risk management, and IT audit. Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, IT production, IT operation
- Strong communication abilities and competence to interact with people at all management levels successfully during disagreements
- Flexible, proactive, independent, and creative with great organizational abilities to assume ownership of agreed-upon tasks and achieve them on time and within budget
