The Cyber Crime Prevention (CCP) function within Global Information Security is responsible for working across the enterprise to reduce exposure to cybercrime thereby instilling continued confidence of our clients, customers, and shareholders. The Cyber Crime Solutions Specialist will be actively involved in the research and development efforts, transforming large sets of data to produce actionable reporting and intelligence. Primary requirement is ability to create sophisticated, value–added analytics that support cyber crime prevention and related issues of risk management, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and research. Must overcome issues of complex data (e.g., VLDB, multi–structured, big data, etc.) as well as deployment of advanced techniques (e.g., machine learning, text mining, statistical analysis, etc.) to deliver insights. Successful candidate will lead or work independently on complex projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CCP program by leveraging knowledge of data analytics, cyber crime issues, threats, and mitigation techniques to protect the enterprise. Partners with stakeholders across various functions to improve the firm's cyber crime resilience and client experience. Supports the engagement with customers, clients and stakeholders across various lines of business. This role will be required to develop Tableau Dashboards based on requirements and partner to ensure the dashboard is reporting the expecting data. In addition, this role is expected to automate every dashboard (when possible) utilizing tools such as Tableau or Alteryx. Tableau Designer and Automation Specialist for Global Banking and Operations will provide data insights and design reports that are provided to senior management and their teams to run their business. The role will partner with business leaders to measure and monitor the data to drive towards their business goals. Primary responsibilities include data gathering, analysis and presenting results for management. Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) Ability to navigate complex data environments and manipulate large data sets Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Self–motivation, self–direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Attention to detail Works with stakeholders and partners across the enterprise to develop risk and intelligence–based solutions to Cyber Crime threats Includes metrics and monitoring, internal process design and documentation in development plans Identify opportunities to standardize and enhance processes Research and identify the data gaps, develop and implement remediation plan and assess the model outcome impact Collaborate to transform processed data into timely, relevant and actionable product Support key regulatory model testing, implementation, ongoing performance monitoring, and MRM documentation Drive processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis Enrich data with third party sources of information when needed Data mining, investigation and transformation Qualifications: 5–8 years of relevant experience 3+ years experience w/ data extraction/transformation tools (e.g. Alteryx, etc.) 3+ years experience w/ Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Tableau, etc.), specifically designing dashboards Proficient w/ SQL Ability to analyze large amounts of data to produce requested results Ability to detect anomalies contained within data sets A broad knowledge of information security principles, financial crime, and cybercrime Strong mathematics or statistics background Ability to communicate effectively both horizontally and vertically Excellent problem resolution skills Enterprise Job Description: Responsible for supporting the Cyber Crime Protection strategy. Assists in cyber crime response and investigation efforts and processes. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Cyber Crime Protection program by researching and partnering to define enterprise requirements. Leverages monitoring and detection products and knowledge of cyber crime issues, threats, and mitigation techniques to protect the enterprise. Partners with stakeholders across various functions to improve the firms cyber crime resilience and client experience.
