Internal Audit Data Analytics Manager

I'm helping a multinational FTSE 250 retailer find an Internal Audit Data Analytics Manager. It's an opportunity for to act as an iconic brand's in-house SME; identifying risks across the business, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and designing and installing appropriate controls. You'll also manage an auditor, focusing on their professional development while also growing the function's reputation and strategic scope.

Holding accountability for the data analytics audit plan and reporting into the Head of Internal Audit, this is a senior and influential position within the business. It also offers plenty of opportunity for career progression, as it sits within the Digital and Data Team.

Apart from leading audit activities, you'll manage a portfolio of large-scale and ad-hoc projects at any given time. With the commercial intelligence to prioritize projects as they arise, you'll gain exposure to and help shape business processes and platforms across a global remit.

Requirements include

• Deep data analytics knowledge and experience, beyond data governance
• PowerBI and SQL
• People management experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A competitive compensation package is on offer, which includes a bonus up to 30% and a car allowance. The team currently works three days in the Central London office. Minimal travel is expected, less than 10%.
