Senior Information Security IAM Engineer

Summary:

My client are currently searching for a senior Information Security IAM engineer to come and join the team in the West Midlands one day a week. This position is great for an Information Security engineer who specialises in IAM products and enjoys training and mentoring a team to achieve the best outcome possible.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in an Agile delivery/engineering team, contributing ideas and completing tasks related to cloud deployment and development for the product portfolio.
• Mentoring/training the infosec team to achieve the best for the organisations future.
• Communicate with all parties to ensure that IAM products are delivered securely, protecting colleague and customer data, and ensuring compliance with Information Security policies and standards.
• Examine and develop architectural and design documents, such as Solution Outline Documents, Detailed Designs, Network Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, etc., as well as procedures, to address needs and implement risk mitigation strategies as outlined in Infosec policies.
• As a SME, collaborate with the InfoSec Security Operations Center and other parties, such as Security Analysts, Senior Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Security Architects, and business units, to make sure that IAM products are delivered securely, protecting customer and employee data, and ensuring adherence to information security standards and policies.
• Recognize the functional and non–functional security requirements for each project, and make sure they are met before the project is put into operation.

What you need to know and show:

• Hands–on Engineering experience with PAM tools like CyberArk, MFA, Email gateways, Web Proxy solutions like Netskope.
• Solid engineering experience with cyberArk.
• Certifications in IAM and Information Security (desirable)
• Solid experience working with web Proxy solutions
• Communication skills – Technical and not technical
