Cyber Security L&D Specialist/Trainer – Predominantly remote but with up to 5 days a month in Denmark – Outside of IR35 – circa GBP500–550 per day.

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security L&D Specialist to join a consultancy who are helping a major brand as they develop their security function. This role is devise and deliver a programme of training based around IT & Cyber Security. The content needs to be engaging, fun and a bit playful to keep in line with the corporate brand and you'll be working with the Training Manager devising, building and ultimately delivering training that builds the confidence of staff in cybersecurity.

you'll drive security awareness across the business and will build metrics and reports that build a human risk approach. Training must be relatable, easy to digest and delivered over a variety of platforms.

The ideal person will have worked in a similar role delivering Cybersecurity training. You will have an aptitude for supporting people and of writing/creating/building content that engages stakeholders and offers genuine business value. you'll also be able to produce reporting that can prove the impact of the L&D/Training.

Ideally you'll have developed training across Sharepoint sites, presentations and will have planned workshops and worked closely with key business stakeholders.

The role will be a mix of home based and some travel to Denmark (expensed) – this will be a maximum of 5 days per month. Contract duration of 6 months and a rate (Outside of IR35) circa GBP500–550 per day.
