HQ in London – hybrid or remote offered (w/office commitment once or twice per quarter)

Up to GBP75,000 + bonus + package

We're looking for an Information Security & Business Continuity Officer to join a leading Global Capital Markets organisation. This London based business boasts a significant global portfolio, covering a variety of markets & over GBP300 BN assets under management.

Working as part of a global information security team, you will have a broad focus spanning information security & business continuity helping to drive maturity across all parts of the business. You will have key responsibility for managing & improving the business continuity programme which covers a significant number of sites globally. You will develop the resilience framework, run business impact assessments and partner with senior stakeholders to improve the maturity. As part of the InfoSec team you will also work on developing security controls, policies & standards aligned to ISO27001.

Requirements include:

• Experience in a business continuity or information security focussed role, with responsibility for developing business continuity standards, controls & resilience frameworks.
• Strong experience of business continuity planning & assessments.
• Exposure to implementing information security controls, policies & standards.
• Experience in financial services is desirable, or exposure to highly regulated environments.
• Good understanding of information technology with an ability to translate to the business.
• Demonstrable experience working in customer facing roles or exposure to working with regulators.
