One of the fastest growing Software and services companies in the northwest is looking for an Information Security professional to join the organisation during this exciting period of growth. Data protection and security has a huge influence over the company's success, therefore you will play an influential role in affecting companywide performance in this area. The Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring security and compliance is kept in line with external legal, regulatory and industry standards across Information and IT.
Role: Information Security Analyst aka IT Security Analyst, Information Security
Location: Chorley, work from home for 2–3 days a week with further flexibility available
Salary: Highly competitive base + great benefits

What you will bring to the company:
- Previous experience in an IT/Information security capacity
- Data protection experience
- Security threat and monitoring skills
- Pen testing and Vulnerability testing skills would be great.
- Strong knowledge of ISO27001
- Any experience working within the energy industry would be great.
- Experience of business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Any familiarity with NIST, SOX2, PCI DSS and GDP would be great.
