IAC is helping a London-based fintech find a Lead Technology Assurance Specialist. This senior manager level position reports to the function head, who in turn reports to the board. It is a delivery focused role, working closely with executive management to understand key business technology risks and advise on remediation.
A clear leader in its field, for over two decades this client has provided cutting-edge tools to its clients, helping them earn a competitive advantage in investment and wealth management. Constantly at the forefront of developing and utilising machine learning, AI, and big data, this is a perfect opportunity for an auditor or risk expert to join a company committed to innovation.
The successful candidate will identify risks in complex change programmes and underlying technology. They will work closely with key stakeholders to implement regular plans for reviewing and testing, and recommend pragmatic controls and mitigations. Implementing data analytics for monitoring and reporting purposes is also a key priority.

The team works from the London office 3-4 days per week.
If interested, you'll need:
- At least nine years' experience in technology risk and assurance
- Financial services background
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
