Red Team - Manager

Job Title: Red Team Manager
Location: Paris, France
Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

I am currently partnering with a leading Banking organisation based in Paris searching for seeking an experienced Penetration Tester / Red Team to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity offering: Autonomy and input in relation to the tools you are able to use. The time needed to devlop technical skills and work on adding value to the bank and coaching and devloping junior members of staff.

You will also have acess to an impressive training lab as well as a range of training platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Red Teaming missions including network and application penetration testing on a range of systems and environments
• Managing and reporting on vulnerabilities discovered during penetration testing
• Participating in incident response investigations as a technical expert
• Conducting security assessments and audits
• Developing and implementing security controls to mitigate risk

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing and/or security analysis - specifically working within a Red Team
• Proven experience with network penetration testing techniques and tools
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes and tools
• Experience with threat hunting and incident response
• Strong communication and report writing skills
