We're seeking a motivated IT Audit Manager (IT SOX) to oversee the Global Technology Space of a leading FTSE 100 company. Reporting to the Director of IT SOX & Governance, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong IT governance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the ITGC framework against SOX risk and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Controls CoE, CISO, and Internal Audit.
- Guide stakeholders on IT controls and risk management.
- Manage ITGC SOX audit cycle, including documentation, testing, and deficiency remediation.
- Develop KPIs and reports for the Director of IT Governance.
- Act as the main contact for external auditors.
- Support internal stakeholders on external audit-related queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting or Finance
- 5-12 years of IT SOX audit experience.
- Professional certifications such as CISA would be a plus
- Knowledge of IT frameworks (COSO or COBIT)
- Previous experience in Big4 or large corporations (preferred).
