As an Information Security Officer (ISMS) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the implementation, support and documentation of our information security management systems (ISMS) in collaboration with the ISO.

We, SySS GmbH, are an IT service company with a focus on IT security testing. Founded in 1998, we are now the market leader in the field of penetration testing and employ a team of around 170 people at four locations in Tübingen, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Vienna. Our work focuses on hacking web applications and IT infrastructures of well–known customers of all sizes and industries, many of whom we have been advising for many years.

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Responsible for the implementation, support and documentation of our information security management systems (ISMS) in cooperation with the ISO
• Coordination and expansion of our certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI basic protection, BSI pentesting, etc.), ensuring recertification and participation in audits
• Central contact person for the ISMS internally and externally
• Preparation of information security reports and communication with the Information Security Officer (ISO)
• Supporting the specialist departments in projects relating to information security issues
• Conception, planning and implementation of training for employees in the area of information security

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics with at least two years of professional experience
• Initial knowledge of ISMS, information security and risk management
• Good knowledge of at least one certification, e.g. ISO 27001
• Process–oriented mindset and independent, structured and careful way of working
• High quality orientation and solution–oriented work
• Enjoy communication and cross–departmental collaboration
• Interest in setting up structures in SySS and developing pragmatic solutions
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
