Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst Job Description: As a Cybersecurity Analyst you will be responsible for providing accountability for all associated hardware and software within the Information Warfare Division Corporate Facilities, including research areas at the discretion of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Key Responsibilities: Utilize local databases, including SamDB, for accountability of hardware and software.
Maintain configuration and software management, including end–user license use and accountability on R&D systems and networks.
Maintain documentation for security, information assurance, software end–use, and computer access control as required by the COR.
Provide ongoing assessment to maintain TEMPEST, Operations Security (OPSEC), Computer Security (COMPUSEC), and physical security requirements.
Stay updated on DoD, AF, and local regulations, procedures, and policies related to daily operations.
Review and implement changes from AF Instructions (AFIs), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNOs), and Network Tasking Orders (NTOs) with consideration for impacts on R&D operations.
Schedule R&D testbed activities through SharePoint restricted calendars.
Monitor organizational mailboxes and respond to program and project requirements.
Identify recommended changes to SharePoint sites in coordination with the Division Cyber Security Liaison.
Provide updates to the COR and submit changes to the RRS Help Desk.
Provide draft AF Forms 3215, 2860, and 332 for corporate facilities and division R&D environments.
Track forms signed by the COR, providing metrics until completion for audits and delayed work completion.
Maintain internal access control lists for Corporate Facilities.
Provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for Corporate Facilities and division R&D areas.
Maintain remanence security for corporate facilities, including division R&D secure areas.
Assist during Security Office "Clean Out" periods and provide and maintain internal worksheets for audit purposes.
Provide front desk entry & exit control during operating hours.
Manage media entry & exit control, hardware and software control, and physical control for personnel entry & exit.
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in systems administration and information security
Strong knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and procedures.
Experience with configuration management, software management, and access control.
Proficiency in using databases and logistics information systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be a US citizen
DoD Secret Clearance
Must hold a DoD 8570 IAT II certification (such as Security+)
Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
MCSA
MCSE:
CompTIA Linux+
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
LPIC–1: Linux Professional Institute Certification
Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Solaris
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
