Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer–oriented Technical Direction Letter Manager (Multiple levels) to join our team in the DMV area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing the authorization controls being implemented in IT systems to satisfy organizational policies.
- Provide analysis on systems and make recommendations on approvals for IATT and ATO requests.
- Takes direction from more senior team members.
- Collaborate and work with other Security Analysts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
- Two or more (2+) years of related experience.
- If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
- If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in an IT–related discipline.
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as CSSP(IR), CEH, CySA+, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA–Security.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active/current Top Secret Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co–workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
