Dew Software is seeking an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our team. As a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, Dew Software works with global companies, helping them harness the power of technology while ensuring the security and integrity of their IT systems and data.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect our clients' sensitive information. You will assess potential risks, develop security policies and protocols, and monitor systems to detect and respond to security incidents. Your expertise in IT security will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients' businesses and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desired.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or a related role.
Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
Strong knowledge of network security, firewall technologies, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
Experience with identity and access management systems.
Knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem–solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non–technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast–paced and dynamic environment.
Up–to–date knowledge of the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.
