Cybersecurity Program Lead

Location: Remote

Experience: 13 + years

Skills: Cyber Security Program Management, TPRM, User Access Management, Security Baseline

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15+ Cyber Security professionals to manage the TPRM program

Ensure the third-party risk management (TPRM) program aligns with internal policy, the IT control framework, and external regulatory requirements.

Oversee the vendor risk assessment process for new vendor onboarding and periodic risk assessment, distribution of due diligence questionnaires to the vendors and partners, review submitted questionnaires for completeness, ensure Risk stakeholders finalize reviews and determine overall residual risk rating.

Strong capabilities and experience in performing independent assessments, including compliance & legal reviews, contract reviews, testing controls, and developing & reviewing assessment reports.

Support the development, deployment, and execution of the third-party risk management framework.

Keep up to date on industry best practices to support continuous process improvement.

Understand the impact of government legislation fundamentals related policies, procedures, and processes with the ability to support the second line of defense risk program

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $101,250 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
