Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist to join our client's team in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our security awareness program meets all Healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure security awareness program communicates security policies, procedures, guidelines, and other requirements, so that employees understand and comply with them.
• Develop and maintain a security awareness program that effectively to change employees to first line of cyber security defense.
• Develop, manage, and implement a positive security awareness content, which focuses on changing behaviors both at work and at home.
• Incorporate security awareness into classroom and virtual learning, including new hire orientation, new manager training, and other events.
• Will be responsible for phishing assessment and campaigns.
• Manage the cybersecurity learning management system.
• Measurement and reporting of campaign effectiveness and training attendance.
• Understanding of the concepts of information risks and the different elements that make up risk. In addition, have at a minimum a basic understanding of the different concepts of information security.
• Familiarity with local and regional regulatory information security requirements.
• Ability to appropriately balance security awareness needs with business impact and benefit.
• Skilled in presentations and briefings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Similar, plus substantial continued education and training in the field.
• Strong English \ Arabic language skills are required - written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to work with cross cultural Audience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office product expertise.
• Preferred to hold CISSP, or other equivalent certification.
• Mandatory knowledge on National Polices and standards as but limited NIA, cloud_security_policy-2017, cybersecurity and privacy laws, Data security and privacy, Qatar cybersecurity framework etc.
