The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company is assisting a high-growth, technology focused organisation to recruit a Senior IT Auditor. You will find a highly collaborative work environment extending across their global hubs, a laid-back culture, and a diverse, and talented workforce.
If you are an intuitively techy person with the desire to make things better, this would be suited for you - most of your stakeholders will be technology specialists, and the Head of Audit will provide you the freedom to input and implement your own ideas and make an impact.
In terms of the key responsibilities, your role will involve a mix of IT controls testing work (SOX compliance) and delivering end-to-end on a diverse range of audits (e.g., cloud systems, InfoSec and cyber security, application controls etc.)
Long-term, presession routes include to Senior Manager within audit or there are various avenues into the business

Background
- IT controls testing experience including IT Internal or external audit
- Experience in practice (Big 4 / Top 10) or an in-house internal audit function
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- An understanding of and exposure to SOX would be ideal
- Knowledge of IT domains and control frameworks, and risk management principles
Remuneration
- Up to £50,000 base + 10% bonus

Working arrangements
- Flexible working with the requirement to be in the Edinburgh office only once or twice per week (if you would prefer to be in the office more frequently, that is fine too).
